     CHARLOTTESVILLE - Wednesday
afternoon started off as a normal day for Hylton coach Bill Brown with football
practice, but the nightcap was a once in a lifetime experience.
    Brown
was one of eight members to enter the 12th class of the Virginia High School
Hall of Fame during a ceremony at the Omni Hotel.
    Brown's career is
still active, but his resume already justifies the recognition. He has a
combined 167-48-1 record between his career at Potomac and Hylton, as well as a
pair of state championships with the Bulldogs.
    Despite the numbers that
back up his selection, Brown was humble as always.
    ``I had mixed
emotions. I told my wife on the way down here, I said it feels like it's not
real. It feels like it's almost a dream," Brown said. ``I didn't feel like it
was my turn."
