Williamsburg Christian Rolls

There were no surprises in the 1st game of the Metro Conference Tournament quarterfinal matchup between #1 seed Williamsburg Christian Academy and #8 seed Broadwater Academy. The Eagles rolled to a 81-53 blowout win to advance to the semi-final round.Old Dominion recruit Xavier Green scored 25 points to lead the Eagles while Clevon Greene was right on his heels with 24 points.

Williamsburg Christian led 48-21 at halftime and they put on a show in the second half with several alley-oop dunks and slams. The Eagles, who won the regular season title are hoping to avenge a 2015 Metro finals defeat.

Major Morgan led Broadwater Academy with 14 points.
