Warhawks Finish Strong
Owen Socher had a 2-run single during a 4-run sixth inning that propelled James Madison to a 7-1 win over Oakton. The Warhawks scored six of their runs after Oakton tied the game at one in the 5th inning.
John DeFazio struckout eight in five innings to earn the win. DeFazio allowed only one earned run.

James Madison regained the lead in the fifth after Defazio reached base with a walk and Socher was hit by a pitch.
Luke Belt followed with a 2-run single that scored both DeFazio and Socher for a 3-1 lead.
The Warhawks loaded the bases in the sixth inning and plated runs via a walk, sacrifice fly, and a single by Socher.
