Talented Quartet of Lancers Lead Team to 23-22 Victory!

The Lancers got production from a slew of key players in their 23-22 victory over L.C. Bird. Makai Byerson caught a touchdown pass and notched six tackles on defense. Landen Abernethy threw for 142 yards and 2 TDs on 10/12 passing. Ty'ee Stephens hauled in five receptions for 78 yards and 2 TDs. Kyree Richardson made a key reception to extend Manchester's final drive that ultimately ended with the game winning score.

Manchester (5-1) has a major showdown next week with undefeated Midlothian (6-0). The Lancers blew a 28-7 lead last year and fell to the Trojans 35-28.
