Believe it or not we are in the home stretch of the Richmond Gamers for the season. Only a few more editions and then it is the long wait till 2023.
As the season draws to a close things are heating up for many teams. Whether they are bound for the playoffs or just looking to go out on a high note, teams and players a like are turning it up.
This week these young men turned it up no matter what the motivation was.
North of the River
Impact - Cole Elrod of Hanover effected the game nearly every way possible in a win over Henrico. The senior QB scored 3 TD's three different ways with a TD in the air on 5 of 7 passes for 93 yards, a TD on the ground where he rushed for 109 yards on 15 carries. Let's not forget he had 6 catches for 117 yards and a score. If that were not enough he tacked on 3 tackles.
