Hokies in the final seven for Tyler Banks
There was a time in the Fall that Virginia Tech seemed on the verge of a commitment from in-state linebacker Tyler Banks.
The 6-3, 230-pound linebacker from Crewe (Va.) Nottoway picked up a Virginia Tech offer in October, and was high on the Orange and Maroon. While he held off from a quick decision, VT remains a strong candidate for his signature.
