Lee Fighting Leemen of Staunton after their 84-71 victory over Amelia County for the VHSL Group 2A State Championship on Thursday, March 9th at VCU's Siegel Center in Richmond. It capped a 25-5 season for the Leemen, who won the program's 7th state title, which happens to be the first as a Head Coach for Jarrett Hatcher.

Speaking at the presser from left to right were Darius George, Coach Hatcher, Jarvis Vaughan and Jayden Williams. Vaughan was the game's leading scorer with 31 points, while George and Williams had 17 points apiece.
