Marcus Vick Selected to All-Star Game

of Newport News, VA has been named a 2002 U.S. Army All-American and will join
the rest of the national high school football all-stars in fielding the squads
for the U.S. Army All-American Bowl on January 5, 2002 at Alamo Stadium in San
Antonio, Texas. This classic East vs. West match-up will be televised live on
ESPN2 at noon CST.

and he was selected from 400 players nationally nominated by MH-18’s (Men’s
Heath 18) Tom Lemming for his outstanding performance on the field in 2001.

receive the Herman Boone Trophy named after the legendary Virginia high school
football coach who was immortalized in the Disney feature film, Remember the
Titans.
