5A All-Underclass Team
We recently all but concluded our coverage of the 2013 football season

performers, so it is now time to ease into our coverage of the upcoming
2014 season including looks at recruiting and player profiles.
As a part of moving forward, we now present our 2013 5A
All-State Underclass team made up of players from last year's juniors,
sophomore and freshman.
As always, we limit ourselves to eleven players on each side of the
ball with one 'wildcard' spot that we use to reward an additional
player who we feel must be on the first team.
One additional restriction is that we do not name any player to the
Underclass team if he was already named to the All-State team.
Safely assume that any underclassmen there also belong on
this roster. For the coaching spot, we choose a coach who was
in the first year with his program.
