804 All-Star Game Preview

Saturday, March 29 at Richard Bland College for the 11th consecutive year. The game will begin at 8:00 p.m. The three-point contest kicks off the festivities at 7 pm, followed by the dunk contest at 7:30.

The annual North vs. South matchup features 24 of the top public and private school seniors from central Virginia area, many of who will continue their
basketball careers at the college level.

The South will be coached by former Petersburg coach Rick Hite, and the North by Deep Run coach Curt Kassab.

The 804 Game is one of the longest running basketball all-star games in the state of Virginia. Future college and pro players such as Cosby's Troy Caupain (2013, Cincinnati), Petersburg's Frank Mason (2012, Kansas), Benedictine's Jordan and Bradford Burgess (VCU), John Marshall's Travis McKie (2010, Wake Forest), Meadowbrook's Justin Harper (2007, Richmond, NBA draft pick), L.C. Bird's Tyrese Rice (2005, Boston College) and Benedictine's Bambale Osby (2004, Maryland).

The current team rosters are below, headlined by Florida-bound Devin Robinson.
