Injury Prevention Training Tips: 

 

(1)  Importance of a Proper Warm-up.  A proper warm-up can increase the blood flow to the working muscle which results in decreased muscle stiffness, less risk of injury and improved performance. 
 

(2)  Importance of Core Trianing.  The 'core' refers to the lower back and abdominal muscles, which form the connection between your upper and lower body. If it is springy and weak, so will be your transference of power from lower body to upper body and vice versa.
