Yes, all good things must come to an end. That includes our coverage for the 2012-13 Group AAA High School Basketball season, which saw the Henrico Warriors, ranked #2 in the preseason, finish atop our Final AAA Hoops State Top 25 after capturing the school's first ever state title.

Our AAA All-State Team will be released on VirginiaPreps.com in the coming days, plus a two-part Q & A with Vance Harmon, the Head Basketball Coach of the State Champion Henrico Warriors. After that, it'll be off-season time for us as well as all the basketball teams and players around the Commonwealth.

Moving forward, there will be no more Group AAA High School Basketball in Virginia as the VHSL has adopted a new conference realignment plan that goes into effect beginning in 2013-14, where teams from all over the team will be broken up to six classes, split into an East/West or North/South in each class and from broken up into separate conferences.

My coverage around the state will change some, but in what, shape or form that has yet to be determined.
