Woodbridge (Va.) junior defensive end D'Shawn Hand will be one of 2014's top national recruits. But to be national, a recruit must of have college suitors on both coasts. This week, Hand received official word that USC would be extending a scholarship offers. That's USC as in the University of Southern California.
